Facilities Manager

Salary: £40,000 +

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

 

Nightingale Hammerson is a leading charity with care homes in South West and North West London providing care to a total of 300 older members of the Jewish community.    Its South London Site Nightingale House has extensive facilities on an attractive 5 acre site.    


We constantly strive to improve and re-shape the care we provide to our residents and to this end we have embarked on a major investment and development programme.


The Facilities Manager will play a key role at Nightingale House providing support to the senior management. You will have overall responsibility for the Facilities function at Nightingale House including maintenance of the building, procurement, health and safety, security, and fire regulations. You will also have overall responsibility for the Facilities function at the North West London site.

In addition, you will also be the lead officer for building projects and oversee the management of the Housekeeping department.

A good knowledge / background in building maintenance is essential.
